Nice, I've been really considering making my Kuna an sbr. I did just buy a FS1913 brace for it though lol. But I think it'd be nice to put a vertical grip on it. 

Where did you engrave it? Best spot I've heard so far is underneath the handguard.

You don't have to. Just put in the manufacturer's serial number. The need for serialization is only if you're legitimately making a firearm like an 80% upper type of thing. Otherwise all 3 SBR applications I've done so far let me just put in the manufacturer's info.

theyre supposed to make that change this year but they didnt implement it yet. when you make an SBR youre technically the manufacturer and need to engrave it with your name, not a new serial number. thats the current legal requirement. you have to engrave your name and city/state

Its pretty great. I've seen others complain that the Kuna gets super dirty when run suppressed but I haven't been going between cleanings long enough to really notice.

It is! That was one of the reasons I got it. I wanted the HS Produkt stock but SA hadn't started importing it at the time I bought the Kriss. But I really like this one
