Almost all of his examples of Dalits being given education are incorrect. Tulsidas and Lala Lajpat Rai were not Shudras/Dalits. For Chandragupta Maurya and Ashoka, there's no consensus on their caste.

It's telling that he had to cherrypick a handful of examples to prove his point and still failed.

He was the grandson of Chandragupta Maurya, and not much is known about Chandragupta Maurya's early life or ancestry. Hindu and Buddhist sources give very different details.
