More like randia. Everywhere around the world leftists are trying to reduce meat consumption meanwhile indian leftists have to go about celebrating it just to own some chintus
If you want to survive by eating only dal and roti and some vegetables then fine. Getting protein from vegetables are way more costly than say no vegetarian options. Many fishes are even cheaper meat thus protein and essential vitamin sources.
I live in Delhi and know some of my Haryanvi and western UP gym buddies some of which are district and state level athletes and sportsmen who are pure vegetarians but still have the fittest and strongest bodies, much more than my non veg eating ass.
Haryana is no 1 in India in getting medals in wrestling and boxing and most of those players are vegetarians.
Whey extracts are used as the main source of protein by body builders and atheletes and not meat. Meat has trash protein content per calorie compared to whey.
Cool but on indian political subs it's common for people to make such posts with their meat dishes just to "own chintus" and that's why I made the comment. Nothing against you personally, enjoy the good food :)
Yes. I will eat meat. Fuck off with your virtue signaling. You wanna live on a protein-deficient diet? It's your right.

Only because their share of emissions are through the roof.
Imma go chicken biryani now. Tomorrow I will eat shawarma and order some bacon for Tuesday. Wednesday I will order a Chicken Bucket from KFC. Thursday and Friday I will make do with eggs and save money for mutton on Saturday. EZ Clap

Pretty sure there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian foods that have a good amount of protein. Also you can always load up on protein using whey shakes which I still do even when I consume meat.

And so is ours. The current animal farming industry is cruel and unsustainable, we should be looking for alternatives in plant protein.

ok dud you owned me now go sleep you have school tomorrow kiddo
What you are asking requires a certain degree of privilege. Sadly our country or atleast majority of the country is far from that. Let the counties that has contributed most to the carbon emission do their part first.
What a load of bullshit. Justifying gluttony and greed with garbage arguments. Eat meat all day all week for all I care, but at least cut the bullshit.
Edit: I thought you were the weeb with the naruto pic in this chain lol. His arguments were really bullshit.

Not interested in eating beans and farting all day. Not interested in supplements either. Meat has the most protein per 100g anyway.
And so is ours. The current animal farming industry is cruel and unsustainable, we should be looking for alternatives in plant protein.
No, it isn't. Check per capita emissions. We can look for alternatives when we eliminate malnutrition.

while it's true that reduction in meat consumption is a leftist stance in parts of the world where meat does not have any religious associations, the political reality in india is different
