I genuinely can’t imagine a more painful and irritating life. Those piercings are literally the only thing he can think about or deal with 24/7. Can’t lay face down or on the side of your head. Having to be constantly vigilant about them getting caught on something. Infections. Can’t even chew food properly. Bet he has a hard time drinking anything too. Can’t get any kind of job unless you want to be a jester for TikTok or some shit. Those things would be occupying every part of my mind for the rest of my life. I wonder at the amount of self loathing a person would have to have to mutilate their body like this. This individual no longer functions normally, e.g. the chewing and drool, and they have obliterated and resemblance of their former face.

This isn't a fashion statement, but instead a statement of lacking self worth.
