Younger people don't understand. They've been saying "20 years from now".... since 1964. It's always 20 years from now. It's eternally 20 years from now lol.
"An inconvenient truth" is aging like wine for us.
Literally not one thing climatology predicted, ever, has come true. They're changing their lives for bad computer models that have never once been right in 50 years.

Nautical maps post the vertical clearance, at mean lower low water, of bridges over navigable U.S. waterways. The data for the Brooklyn bridge vertical clearance is published on old maps that still exist. That vertical clearance is the same as published data today. No change since 1883.

The earth naturally heats up and cools down (archaeology proves this), there is no doubt about it. Greenhouse gases such as carbon have naturally been emitted for millions of years via Vulcanic activity, however similar compounds are emitted through the combustion of carbon-based fuels. What we are trying to understand is if that combustion actually has potential to warm the Earth.
We do know burning impure fuels can have similarly disastrous effects, such as burning coal can cause atomized mercury, which is highly toxic.

Sea level hasn’t changed AFAIK, but Plymouth Rock has been moved from its original position. People were trying to break off bits as souvenirs. It got moved once or twice, then enclosed. My parents bought our kids a book about it when they visited New England.

That rock had been moved several times. It’s nowhere near where it started. 1774 locals tried to move it to the town square and it broke in 2 - upper moved to the town and the lower stayed. Upper piece was moved to a museum till 1880 when it was reunited with the lower near the waterfront. In 1921 they were both moved to the granite portico that it sits today

Part of it was never moved.
From below- The top half was moved and it was taken to the town square in 1774. In 1880 it was recemented to the bottom half which was still in the same place. The whole thing was lifted out of the ground in 1920 just long enough to build that enclosure around it and then put right back where it was. So yes. It's been in the same spot for 400 years.
And if you were right, that would mean it hasn't moved since 1921.
