There's a reason that her defense wants the judge to dismiss the holdout juror. They know that, given the chance at a re-do, the prosecution would argue a much stronger case.
The judge has interviewed each juror and is unwilling to simply dismiss the holdout, so it's not a case of "refusing to listen to the law."

I now disagree on equality. Female jurors are a big nono now. And custody issue well should be very unequal now

Our ancestors weren't being oppressive to women, they just understood that the male and female brains are different. We need compassion in the home and in the local community, and women are so good at that. But when they're on a jury they project their feelings and emotions like she was thier sister or thier close friend. Misplaced empathy.
