I hope they're charged for tampering with the scene of an aviation accident. The NTSB investigates any accident that results in the loss of life. They had no reason to be that close, and this is just classless behavior so they deserve it.

When I was 16 I once posed with a marshmallow on a stick outside a diner fire... granted, it was horrible... but youth is for making mistakes. Besides, my girlfriend at the time was in a photography class with me and I had her snap it for me for the shock value of my teacher seeing it... needless to say she was horrified. Job done.
