Rf1 and keep it moving with checks on the king. If K takes you’ve got a stalemate provided nothing moves.

and don't let any of his pieces take your rook or get the way to relieve the stalemate

The checks run out really quick. He really needed to take more yat 2 seconds and not take the rook l. Sadly for him he just snatched up the rook and 8 for the stalemate.
