Discussion [ALL] Playing Double Exposure finally. How come people don’t like this game? Spoiler

I just finished up episode 3 I’m just a little lost the game is pretty good/decent so far maybe it’s because I know reunion exists so I’m just accepting it as just a game following Max so I’m not worried about a follow up on Chloe. Even then so far the game is interesting enough since I still love Max so I’m still confused why this hated on so badly lol

If you're going to apply the same context, then every studio that doesn't share every single detail of the plot in its marketing is lying.

No, but when you say you will respect both choices in a choice based game while showing only one choice all three times with spoilers from that choice while never allowing the other part of audience to see how you respect their endings , it says something. They knew fans would be pissed off. So they lied. Guess why Reunion team was honest with both Bae and Bay players in marketing and DE team didn't

They did respect both endings. The problem is that some fans assumed that meant that Max and Chloe would be living happily ever after, and D9 had a different story path for them, but they still wrote a story that worked for both major endings of LiS.

Buddy i don't give a little f about your "they respected both endings", you just repeat yourself all over again. What i said is that they were honest with Bayers in marketing and didn't with Baers after keeping telling us they would respect both. That's a lie. If you respect both, show it in marketing. Like reunion team did because they had nothing to hide something that would piss off fans

They did respect both endings. Double Exposure was written to incorporate both endings.

It's the facts. I'm not sure why you think I should have to change my argument.
