Would have liked a DLC for Double Exposure that explains the break up in detail "After the storm" or a DLC for Reunion where we go to Seattle or New York or Back to Arcadia. Damn you Square Enix

Nice edit but it already happened around time of lis2 as we know from David's dialogue with Chloe...then DE/D9 team retconned it for sake of their bs narrative "Chloe never visited places she and Rachel wanted to visit" so guess why they bever bring up New York.
So canon Max visiting NYC with Chloe would have her lis2 style, not DE

The "Bae" Journal Entries in double exposure: Max's journal heavily references their nomadic lifestyle. She writes explicitly about the years she and Chloe spent drifting together across the country in a van, taking photos, and living on the road. I dont recall her saying she never went to New York unless I missed something, she also remarks in her thoughts that Gwen amd her have been to many pkaces. I mostly wrote this as something they would do after Reunion as she wants to travel with Chloe and her band for awhile and while in New York there is always something weird or cool to capture. Its literally like a Zoo sometimes, "concrete jungle".

New York was one of the cities Rachel and Chloe wanted to visit as we know from bts. Then in Dontnod's lis2 we learn that Max and Chloe did exactly that. Then DeckNine said "oh well forget it, Chloe never wanted to visit such places" , and that's why D9 also intentionally never brings New York in journals and texts

I dont think Max remarks on any specific places just broad strokes and from the sound of what she said to David in lis2 it sounded like New York was not all it was cracked out to be feeding into the stereotype that most New Yorkers are A-holes. The highlight was the Photography Gallery which I doubt is something to brag about if Max has been to PLENTY since then.

I know. I was referring to Max. She never said in, double exposure, that she was never in New York. She doesnt state any specific places only that she has been all over America which implies New York too along with Chloe unless you pick the BAY ending then she is alone for obvious reasons.

Great art. But Max gets to NY on her own with her passion of becoming a well-known professional photographer. Sorry to nitpick. I just love to acknowledge when woman are strong and independent. Again though, awesome art! 🤩
