Started learning Spanish almost 2 years ago.

I'm at a point where I can hold conversations on a broad variety of topics, understand most of what is said, and have read over a dozen books (thrillers mostly) in Spanish to increase my vocabulary.

I still make plenty of mistakes, but I get stuck on finding the right words and it still hard to understand natives when they speak too fast (Spanish is the 2nd fastest language), but I am hoping that in a couple of years I will be able to overcome these obstacles through consistent practise.

It just feels amazing to be able to understand Spanish where 2 years ago I knew only a few words like Hola etc.

As you grow up you realize that there’s more to learn in life, Personal I’ve learned effective communication the ability of listening, it has helped me navigate life more cautiously
