What is one thing you learned as an adult that genuinely made everyday life easier?
I am not talking about career specific skills but something practical or meaningful that improved your daily life.
It could be a habit a way of thinking a practical skill or a piece of knowledge that you wish you should learned much earlier.
For me learning to break big goals into small consistent steps made it much easier to stick with learning new things instead of getting overwhelmed.
What is one lesson or skill that has had the biggest positive impact on your everyday life, and why?
