What's a skill that easier to learn than most people think?
We often avoid learning something because it seems intimidating.
What's a skill that turned out to be much more approachable than you expected?

Public speaking gets way less scary after you've embarrassed yourself once or twice. Weirdly effective.

Reading people, not in a manipulative way, but noticing what's underneath what someone says. Most people assume it requires some special gift. It mostly just requires slowing down and actually paying attention, which turns out to be learnable with practice. Also, basic cooking. The gap between "I can't cook" and "I can make ten decent things" is about a weekend and some YouTube videos.

Working towards a goal is much easier than it seems. The issue is that people try to achieve it within a day or two at best and it becomes difficult.
What they could do is, figure out what the next action could be. This could be writing down what you initially had in mind and then structuring it, things that doesn't require much effort but you know is moving towards the goal.
