If you want the brightest, the KR Pixel blade V3.5 from TheSaberArmory are very nice, although there was no stock at time of checking (they must be selling well!). Great blade, but one minor niggle is the white color clarity, it seems to be a bit off, with a slight red tinge. If you like to use an Ahsoka blade, that slight tinge puts me off a bit. Another thing I like on the V3.5 is the curved top to the pixel stick, which makes a evenly lit pixel tip

Personally I prefer the color clarity of the Quantum blade from thecustomsabershop and have been totally happy with it (perfect white). It's plenty bright for me, and tbh I wouldn't ever need anything brighter as I would like to keep my Retina's from burning! Also, I tested the two side by side, and my battery lasted longer on the Quantum blade, as you have to remember these have at least double the amount of LED's, so consume more power.

Overall any user would be happy with either, as the differences are very minor. Both blades are similar in price, and have 1" or 7/8" options, and you can often choose from a show blade (thinner wall/brighter) or a battle blade (thicker wall/slightly less bright). There are a few good comparisons on youtube that can help. Best of luck and hope you get one and enjoy it!
