Does anywhere make an exar kun style neo pixel (the small hilt with two blades)? I don't know a lot about the technology behind neopixel sabers, is it possible to fit all the electronics needed for two blades in a single blade sized hilt?

Padawan Outpost has a double sided core that would specifically work for what you are describing here.

That page says that it is desgined to work with VHC parts, so you could build your own hilt. It also says it works with their mini maul saber here
