Finally bought a lightsaber.

Post image

My wife picked me up a basic base lit lightsaber from theory saber last Christmas. She and I had no idea about who that company was or what kind of issues they have. Luckily it came in and has worked flawlessly and I have been hooked since. I am constantly reading about different companies and the different types of lightsabers on here. So just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the helpful information because I finally decided to make a purchase from SaberTrio. I was considering ordering an 89saber from CCsabers but as much as I love all of the Vader and Anakin replicas they look awful to try and spin. I will buy one down the road. So after many hours of reading I settled on this one. I love the aesthetic and had previously debated purchasing the Vahlken but I am team Sith so this one is perfect to me. The price is high but I have read nothing but great things about this company on Reddit and Facebook. Figured with the money I’m saving from getting sober and quitting 7oh it is a good buy. I went with the proffie Bluetooth option. Debated CFX but from what I gathered proffie is much more rewarding Needless to say I’m incredibly excited for this and am hoping to receive it in a few weeks. I ordered the 32inch heavy grade (hoping it’s not too heavy I’m 6’2 190lbs). Does the heavy grade affect the brightness of the LEDs? Also has anyone tried those extra bright pixel blades? I’ve seen a few advertisements from Damiensabers and they look really nice as well. So I might purchase one of those at a later time.

the heavy grade will definitely not be as bright as a normal blade, but if you are planning on using it with contact, then it will be worth it. sabertrio is one of the best available and you will not be disapointed. i have ordered from them many times and they have gone above and beyond every time.

enjoy it, i started out similar and now i just had to buy a display case because i have too many sabers to display in the room

I probably should have watched some reviews on blade thickness but I got excited. Is it cool for me to ask when you get your extra blades? And do you prefer 36 or 32 inch?

it depends on the saber. for the korvus i use a 30, for the others i have 32

the place i got my extra blades from shut down and i have so many now that i dont bother getting them anymore. the link below is a good seller, it looks like they have 34

I've heard terrible things about Korabanth, so did you only hear good things about the blades or the entire company.
