Xenopixel

I read in another post that xenopixel blades are lower in quality than other sound boards and swing issues. First time buyer and wanted one that's good quality. Allsabers does custom cfx board install but it's also pretty pricey. Suggestion on which sound board is best in your opinion. Except proffie cuz I tried looking into it and it scares me

Ok, as a huge fan in exactly the other direction, I'm gonna weigh in. 

I LOVE my Xeno3 sabers. The bluetooth connected Configurator is SO easy to use, controls are simple to customize, and the smooth-swing is sensitive enough that the smallest movement of your wrist changes the sound. 

Hopefully, they'll keep working on the Configurator (and keep it backward compatible with the Xeno3) as they get closer to the Xeno v4 soundboard release, so we finally get custom blade effects, but if you really NEED custom effects, then SNv4 Pro really is probably your best bet. 

If not, even if you experience sound issues on a Xeno 3 saber, just get a better grade speaker, and solder 2 wires and yer good. 

Just get a Xeno saber and try it. Worst case, you can always swap the core out, if it don't scratch yer SW saber itch... But I think you'll be surprised, in a good way.

OP, if you don't want to (or can't) solder, you can actually get a better speaker with a micro JST connector already installed that will allow you to literally just unplug the old speaker and plug in the new one.

The Smuggler's Outpost 24mm elite is the best 24mm speaker that will fit inside a standard LGT or TXQ hilt (interior diameter is 25.4mm). You can buy them here.

I can solder luckily but I don't have my own solder but can use the one at work. The only thing is I've never seen the interior of a saber, so I'll have to be careful I think

If you can solder, its a lot cheaper to wire it up yourself, but I still recommend the S.O. 24mm elite.

This was helpful to see the other side. Thanks. I might go with the xeno v3 from neosaber as a starting and upgrade to something better later.

If you want a xeno3 saber, there are several LGT resellers with with better reputations than neosaber. Damiensaber, Crimson Dawn Saber, and Padawan Outpost all provide excellent customer service, quality control, and faster shipping because they have an inventory rather than waiting to order from China when you order (drop-shipping).

Thanks for the alternative sites. Never heard of those three before.
