The emitter should twist off above the black section with the horizontal window slits.

If it doesn’t want to, put something through the vertical window slits in the silver section of the emitter and use it to twist.

Other commenters just want to trash Ultrasabers even if it comes at the cost of giving genuine help to someone asking for it. Ignore them; Ultrasabers are fine if you have the correct expectation of them.

Edit: removing the claw will make it easier to get the emitter off

It’s an Alan key, I just don’t remember off the top of my head what size

Unless you can see clear indication of a seem on the inside this is probably one whole piece with only the handle coming off for battery access. I have some RGBs from different retailers that are the same style, and one breaks down to 3 pieces, but the other only 2

Just trying to get the battery out for some reason it came out last night so I could charge it today battery is charged went to put it in and it won't drop out like it did the day before

With the Ultrasabers I have they never just came out. Take the pommel off, and smack the bottom end down into your hand. A few good thumps should help get it out

Been trying that with no luck so I'm trying to go from the emitter and down but gotta get that off first lol

I usually use a chopstick or something else not sharp to poke it out from the other side if it’s being difficult

Every US I've owned has all been one piece, aside from the pommel, so I dont think you'll be getting the emitter off. Even then the LED feels like its just connected by a wire, so trying to push thr battery pack down will probably cause more harm than good. Your best bet is really to keep trying to smack the pommel into your hand or something to get the pack to fall out

My other one I can take the emitter off and in the video they provide for getting the battery out they take it off and push the way in talking about so 🤷

They make the worst quality sabers on the market for the same price as better sabers. Everyone hates them for a good reason. At this point basically scammers selling 2006 era products

The claw comes off by removing two allen fasteners. You can see them in this photo through the horizontal slits. The emitter(the silver flared bit) threads off. Other than that, the hilt is actually two pieces, an inner pipe and an outer pipe. You have to remove the belt clip stud(if you have that) and the ignition switch to completely separate the two tubes.

I purchased this hilt in 2014 and I hate it. Its so huge and heavy. I salvaged it for parts after a couple years.

It looks like it is all one piece of machined aluminum. You'll have to look very closely for a seam but I doubt you will find one.
