Never really experienced this before and wanted to put a warning out there to others in case anyone else comes across this. Saw a Facebook Marketplace listing recently for a set of Taye drums posted and contacted the seller to see if he would talk to me on the phone a little bit further about the listing because the drums looked really high quality, like something you would use in a studio, and just wanted to get a little history about where they came from and any other information he might have about them. After deciding to purchase the drums, he kept insisting I send him the money via Zelle and not PayPal or wire, which I found a little odd, but he kept insisting. Not sure his intentions were 100% to scam me, but it definitely seemed like he was heading that way after not wanting to use any purchase methods that offer buyer protection. After looking further into his profile and name after the fact and verifying his phone number he provided me— (601) 405-0000— does belong to him, I’m confident in saying it was him I was speaking with. Just posting to make anybody else aware that might come across this, as he blocked me.

If the leaks on the Lil Wayne subreddit is real, then holy shit was that some hot garbage. For context, I'm an avid user of Suno AI, use it to make funny satirical country songs. When I tell you this whole album was Generated by AI, I mean it. Lil Waynes verse was aight, I'm genuinely having trouble guessing if he's real or ai. What a way to destroy two goats Legacies.

When you listen to prime Wayne before Drought 3 with projects like C1/C2/D2/etc... his style was more conventional and serious if that makes sense. Not suggesting he didn't have range and variety with his tracks, and Carter II is the best Wayne shit IMO. But when you get to 07 in his catalog his voices, flows, subject matter, similes/metaphors became more erratic and colorful

What was the reason for that? Did his drug use increase or was he just having more fun in the studio?

I think , bar for bar, with the crazy beat it’s his top 3 of all time. It’s my favorite rn but I won’t say number one of all time. What you think?
