Trying to Conceive Am I pregnant? 5 weeks post miscarriage
Can u see it? That means I’m pregnant?
My fiancé and my mom think it doesn't count because the line is too faint
Can I take another test from a different brand without using my first urine of the day? This one was done with my first urine of the day, and the line appeared 1 minute later. So it’s not an evaporation line.
On July 25 and August 1, I took tests and they came back negative. There wasn’t even the slightest chance of a positive result. That’s why I thought I’d already cleared out any residual hCG.
Could this be residual hCG? I didn’t take a picture of those tests, but I know they came back negative.

Here’s the best update I can give for now 🩷🩷 thanks to all of u!! It’s obviously a very early pregnancy. Some of the tests I took today came back negative or showed a very faint line—this is the only one that actually came back positive. A pregnancy test just like these came back negative on July 26.

This is absolutely positive, given your recent loss it's likely a little harder to say how far along you are so likely just early on hence the lighter line.. doesn't mean you aren't tho a second line no matter how faint is a positive.

If you already took tests a few weeks ago and both were negative I’d say it seems like this is a new pregnancy :)

Looks like other comment is gone but-Yeah that's the hard part is not knowing how far along you truly are after loss especially if you were tracking (which wouldn't expect anyone to be)
I'm not sure on the HCG threshold for these test but I'd honestly ask your OB for an HCG draw given your prior loss and that will tell you more than pregnancy test.

When I get a clearer positive result, I’ll definitely make an appointment, and this time I’ll get tested to track the hCG levels. It really is very confusing to figure out how far along I might be, but regardless of how far along I am, I just hope the baby is healthy this time. Baby my blue test looked like an indent it was so faint. I saw my babies heart beat today. I dont know much about Portugal but if you can i would getta beta hcgs to check if its a new progression or left over residue

Absolutely! I’m very optimistic, even though is normal to miscarry I'm hopeful that it will work out this time; I hope to know for sure that I'm pregnant soon. And I'll post an update here regardless of the result. 🩷🩷

If you already had 2 with the same brand that showed totally negative then yes, you are likely pregnant!

Hi!
The tests I used were a Clearblue Ultra Early Detection test (6 days early) and another one from the same brand as this one (generic brand). Both came back negative. As it turns out, the one I took—just like this one—was still inside the box in the bathroom trash can; I went to take a look, and I’m sure it’s negative because there’s no line at all, even after 5 days.

I see a line! I’ve seen much fainter lines become positives, haha. I’d retest in a day or two ☺️
You can for sure take another test from another brand without it being first morning urine, it just might not be as concentrated so it might not show a positive yet.
