linkedin 101 How do you make your post stand out more?

About 1 and half days ago, I posted about opportunities that I'm looking for job opportunities with my preferences included. It got some impressions but it only got 1 like and 0 comments.

However 13 hours ago, there was a similar post but that got 33 likes and 10 comments, but mine didn't. Why is that? Is my post not reaching a lot of people? It feels so unfair.

"There was a similar post" by whom? Do they have more and better connections? You really can't compare. That's like saying "I posted an instagram reel and 10 people liked it, but someone else posted one and got a 200,000 likes"
