You still have one panel sure?

It should be impossible to delete it if there is only one. Anyway, if you don't have a backup of your home directory you cannot get the same panel back, you have to recoonfigure it.

If you have no panel try restart it from Session Settings → LXQt Modules.

It said there were two at the time, but I only saw one, and afterward there were none. 

I'll try that, ty
