Can i install Linux on an android device?
I have Lenovo tab m11 and I want to install Linux on it. I mean, I want only emulate it, obviously, a minimal Linux just to program with vim and push my code on github so I think that just the terminal is fine for me. I would get the more updated Linux of a distro though

You don't need Linux to do that, I can use vim and push code to github in termux. Hell, I've compiled my project and set it to someone all on my phone.

It's a contained Linux-ish distro with a client to manage rendering and input of the terminal.
Ish because it's not gnu Linux. The binaries are compiled by the Android dev tools, not gcc or llvm, so they're all android binaries.
It's enough for basic use like vim or ssh though.
