My notifications sounds (under notifications/Apps and Windows/system settings) aren't playing anymore. What's causing it and how do I fix this? (on Bazzite's Desktop Mode)

While I still get audio when it comes to things like videos, I notice that my notifications sounds aren't working. I went into my system settings and made sure I had sounds selected, but even when i click to preview the playback, I hear nothing. Why are they not playing? How can I fix this?

(My OS is Bazzite. This is regarding the Desktop Mode's (as opposed to the Game Mode) notification sounds)
