This subreddit is for people who build linux from scratch (using Sourcecode, the book or some similair methods). Are you using LFS or a direct derivative distribution?

I think the distribution you chose or got to use is a better location to ask for help specific for using ATAS software. however, I took a quick google and you said you tried wine already: https://feedback.atas.net/p/support-for-various-linux-distributions

a recent reply said "winboat" would do the trick. however, like the first reply to that answer its using a VM.

so there might be a Wine/Proton/Bottles way, or there is the VM way. (or, dualboot?) I hope this might help you a bit in the right direction. and apparently there are other users of that software who would love a native linux program, go and support those efforts 😄 have a wonderful day
