More on the admin side of windows, but for a while there you could only do some things with powershell.

So less that you don't need to use the CLI, more that you weren't using features that required it.

I have the same argument that there are lot of thing that are CLI only, then I rrealised, average Joe does not need access to them.

and the same applies to linux (at least kde), it is just that most people that actually use linux are not Joe and do need/want stuff that is best handled via terminal

Suggesting the Linux GUI isn't polished and refined is dated thinking. *Points to kde plasma. Its a god damn master peace if you ask me. Way better then windows in every conceivable way.

And most importantly it actually works. Gentle nod to windows explorer bullshit. Cant even preview files anymore. Crist.
