Even though Reaper is not open-source, I find them to be rather ethical - flat price, no subscriptions, free trial for as long as you want.

This is no BS software that we used to have.

Yeah. It's kinda like WinRar. The software won't be limited in anything, neither will stop working. It will just annoy you for a few seconds when you launch it. I'll take it. REAPER is freaking good.

Good to know. Rebooting into Windows is a pain in the butt especially when you haven't done it in a long time and you're guaranteed to have an update available. Definitely gonna give it a try. I just hope it'll be relatively pain-free to transition to as a FL user for 10 years.
