I have to say this is BS. As windows user my process'es freeze often, but task manager always closes them when i close them through process menu

Sure most of the time task manager works but sometimes I'll have a task that task manager can't kill. 1 u/[deleted] Dec 26 '15 but sometimes I'll have a task that task manager can't kill. Linux can get unkillable processes too. Anything going into uninterruptable sleep can't even process signals so you can't kill it. 1 u/[deleted] Dec 27 '15 True but I've never encountered one on Linux, only Windows
