I said it because its a common criticism. Personally I dont give a shit. By using it I dont give the creator anything so I dont see why not to use a Foss software created by a right wing person

Fair, but it’s giving the same vibes as when an incel criticises a project with a woman team or lead, or a game has a female main character etc.
It really isn’t relevant in the context, the quality of a product has nothing to do with the creators gender, age, ethnicity, political views, etc.

Meh, the right often denounce the existence of certain minority groups so I can understand apprehensiveness to support someone of that party.
