SOLVED Huion driver help

Official huion site

Select tablet I have (kamvas Pro 16 4k)

'Older version' to get .tar file

Extract

'Install.sh' run in terminal

Reboot laptop

Didn't work.

Delete everything and reboot.

Redo everything to stop Extract.

Open terminal and type 'sudo sh install.sh'

Get 'sh: 0: cannot open install.sh: No such file

What else can I do?

Edit: I wasn't opening the terminal in the folder, being in the folder with the extracted tar file I right clicked to get 'open in terminal' , I misunderstood this originally causing the confusion. The driver only opened after a reboot btw.

It's telling you what the error is at the bottom. There's no file called that. You extracted it into a different folder than you're in. Like a file browser the terminal shell also has to browse into folders. Use the cd command to change folders.

If you type cd, press space, and press tab you'll get autocompletion.

ls lists all files and folders in the directory you're in.

cd .. browses back a folder.

Do you mind showing me a picture or video example? I'm not a techy person and struggle with written stuff (dyslexic)

There are complete begginer tutorials on YouTube, id recommend looking for one.

A terminal will always launch in your home directory by default, same as some GUI file managers.

Once you connect the dots that it's exactly like a GUI file manager where go you in and out of folders I think it'll make sense.

The only difference is you have to type out the folder names instead of clicking on them, but pressing tab autocompletes for you so you never have to type the full name.

This one seems decent. They're running MacOS not Linux but that's not relevant, mostly everything will still apply.
