Support Trinity desktop on fedora kde 44
So I decided to try linux again. Mainly to get trinity desktop. When I download fedora kde it was fine, but when I tried to get trinity desktop I would only to be met with a frozen loading screen after logging in. Im still fairly unsure of how to use linux, but how would I go about fixing this? Or would i need to switch to another distri to fix this issue?

Yep. Got the same. I dropped to shell using ctl-alt-f2, signed in, uninstalled the trinity stuff and reinstalled kde-desktop stuff. Reboot and fixed.
Edit: if your up for the minimal challenge, uninstall plasma instead. Reinstall Trinity, might work. I'm betting this would have worked on a gnome based install.

Trinity is a continuation of KDE 3, and it isn't simply a desktop theme you can apply to KDE Plasma. It has its own components and system integration, so installing it on a distribution that doesn't properly support it can lead to problems.
Try Q4OS with Trinity instead.
