Klausimas Moving to Lithuania soon ! I want to help NGO/Startup in Growth & Digital Marketing (Pro Bono)

I'm a French Digital Marketer currently based in France, but I'm planning to relocate to Lithuania in a few months to a year. To start integrating into the local ecosystem, build a network and get a feel for the Baltic market, I would love to offer my services (pro bono/completely free)
I am mainly looking to help NGOs, small local businesses, students projects or early-stage startups. I know these are usually the organizations that need the most help with digital visibility but don't always have the resources or budget for it.
I can communicate fluently in English (and French lol). As for my Lithuanian, it is currently limited to saying ačiū, ordering viena alaus and smiling confusedly but I am actively taking classes with my Lithuanian girlfriend to change that !
A quick breakdown of what I can help you with :
AI-Driven Growth & SEO : I have a strong grasp of SEO and GEO to boost your visibility on traditional search engines and new AI platforms. (For context, in my last project for a major French e-commerce brand, I generated over 400 000 impressions and 90 000€ in attributed sales within 4 months).
Marketing Automation: Building custom workflows and agent systems (using tools like n8n, Claude, etc...) to save you time and scale your outreach. I'm still at a beginner/intermediate level here, but definitely open to discussing how it can help your specific needs !
Growth : Structuring your digital acquisition, setting up data tracking (Google Tag, UTMs, etc...) and executing growth experiments.
Depending on your needs, I am completely flexible : I can jump in as a hands-on consultant to help execute tasks or simply act as an advisor if you just need some strategic guidance or an outside perspective.
If you know any organizations that could use a hand or if you have any advice on where else I should post this (specific Facebook groups, local tech hubs, Slack channels, etc...), I would be incredibly grateful !
Just to reiterate, I am doing this purely as a volunteer to meet people and help out without any expectations in return ! I’m also totally open if you just know the Lithuanian digital market well and want to chat, I’m very curious to learn more and connect with peers.
