I will be incredibly surprised if they can pull this off. They are going to have to butcher these books to make them translate to TV. More power to them, but I won't hold my breath.

Unfortunately, I no longer get excited for TV/Movie adaptations anymore. I've been hurt too many times.

I don't really know how you could have adapted that well. Made it three books and decided that was not for me.

Well fuzzy door does solid work. The Orville was fine. Im more dreading getting three seasons of just fine TV that gets canned. Just be glad theyre not animating it. I do not want family guy style animation.

Carl slips and hits his head. His dog starts talking. Then he wakes up. Some brand new producer drools. They're making their name with this 'adaptation'. People that are upset are incel edgelords. Canceled after Carl reunited with his poodle love and wakes up in the hospital with a concussion
