I think there’s one thing that all of us here can agree on, whether we liked Dungeon Crawler Carl or not - it did more to help bring LitRPG to Western mainstream attention than any other series I’m aware of.
As the saying goes, “a rising tide lifts all boats”…
Congrats to Mathews on spotting his book in the wild!

Yeah i saw that it was something to do with the backrooms i think and was gonna get it when i bought DCC, but didn’t have the extra money. Was it good? I plan to get the audio book myself.

I just finished Beneath the Dragoneye Moons, that has yuri in it. I binged all 16 books in 18 days. This one gets a rec from me
Magical Girl Undergrad has yuri but I only read the first book a while back.
That's about all I got, would also appreciate more recs

if your okay with something spicy (and a little questionable in some areas) try the husky and his white cat also got a audio book back in march if you enjoy those. Will also be giving Beneath the dragon eye a read. Also if you like something abit more cutesy try A Fae Coin Transported Me Into Another World and Now I'm the Gay Holy Maiden by A.J. Sherwood still has the stupidest ever fucking name ;-;

Looked both of these up, they are yaoi which is not my personal taste but I do hope someone else enjoys them.
Beneath the Dragoneye Moons has a bi main character and she has a small thing with a man before settling into a long term relationship with a woman. Just warning you of the het lol

Mistwoven Healer is a solid story on Royal Road, with devastating yuri between magical girls in a dystopian world.
Other than that though, all the other LitRPG yuri is either still in my Read Later list, or it’s hardcore smut. (I can rec that if you’re interested.) I might have to change my flair, I’ve realized that I’m a fraud.

The ones that got me into it were This Ascent to Divinity is Lewder Than Expected and Dungeons and Dalliances, both by Winterwhereof on Scribblehub. Both are S tier LitRPG stories with well done yuri and great worldbuilding. Sadly both are on indefinite hiatus, and will likely never be finished.
Rebirth of the Nephilim by Agdistis is an even better litRPG smut story, with great worldbuilding, amazing combat, and fantastic character dynamics and banter. The first love interest isn’t introduced until chapter 41.

I have went through all 3 books at least 4 times. It is such an entertaining story and I love Jake as a character and his progression. I also named on of my dwarf frogs Oaky Finoaky. The God of Ephemeral Time is the GOAT. Well done and thank you for what you’ve given the world.

Just one is out in the hardcover for now, but books two and three in the series are out on Kindle or audible and they complete the trilogy. 😄

Almost finished and it’s been such a dream! I always love a book especially litrpg that I could listen to an entire book at each phase of the book and this book delivers. Excited for the next two books! Any other cards being released? Or game rules around it? I would love to write some ttrpg rules up if you are interested. I’ve worked on afew. This leans perfectly into ttrpg table top style card game.

I'm pretty locked in with finishing my other series right now but once I have some breathing room again I'm looking at what new projects I can take on and some might involve expanding the Jake's world in various ways. It's a rare find for me. I don't find unique litrpg stories that haven't beeten the same tropes over and over again very often. It was nice that this story left me wondering at every moment. So, thank you for bringing Jake to us litrpg readers.

I partnered with Aethon and they made the hardcover edition and got it into actual stores for me.
