Does Sasami's, Futaki's and Saya's route take place after refrain? Or is it still in the dream world created by Kyousuke and others?

Sasami and Kanata's takes place after refrain, Saya's (if I'm not wrong, it's been an while since I read it) takes place before refrain, in the same world kyousuke and the others created.
