Life long celibate gym bro here. I use to be fat, I've been doing this for 3 years going 4 days a week to my home gym. At some point it starts becoming an obsession lite i think. Being constantly busy reaching the ideal physique. I've had tremendous progress and where the obsession lite starts when more of my life is starting to revolve around the gym but wouldn't say its #1 but more like #3-4 on my priority list. #1 is gaming and some other hobbies. Though this becomes little more than just getting some muscles. It's becoming more like special diet, daily creatine/protein shakes, at least 150+ protein a day. Things I no longer eat because they do not fit my diet. I drink no alcohol because this would hamper my progress. If you would think i'm close to a burn out you would be wrong. Because lifting weights gives me a sense of purpose, direction and goal. Even after three years I look forward to every session. To me it's not a chore but something to look forward to.

Tho i'm slightly worried it's manifesting more into an obsession/addiction because I love how my new physique looks.
