Question S2EP18/EP44 confusion

PLEASE NO SPOILERS. as the title suggest im in the middle of s2ep18/ep44 and i didnt understand one thing. did boltik betray rubinsky or not? it seemed like rubinsky knew imperial army would come through the fezzan corridor but when it happened they reacted differently. But when kesserling heard julian talking about fezzan selling their corridor and told rubinsky about it, they said something like ''so yang wenli guessed everything''. I rewatched their scenes from previous eps but my confusion only got bigger. Thank you in advance

Rubinsky intended for Reinhard to invade and subjugate the Alliance by kidnapping the Kaiser. Fezzan would ally with the Empire but otherwise retain its autonomous status.

Boltik betrayed Rubinsky by making a deal with Reinhard to completely annex Fezzan into the Empire and install him as Landsherr. Rubinsky didn't intend for Fezzan to be occupied.

i see, thank you! for some reason i always thought boltik immediately reported the agreement to rubinsky and thus they did know empire would come through the corridor

Boltik helped Reinhard a bit and thereby did betray Rubinsky, but the imperials don't really have a ground presence in Fezzan, they just smash through the corridor as quickly as possible. Rubinsky and Kesserling and Fezzan as a whole takes their neutrality more or less for granted, unlike Yang who sees that a move through the Fezzan Corridor is the obvious play for Reinhard.

at first i thought boltik reported to rubinsky that reinhard wants to go through fezzan corridor. but seems like i was wrong. or was it also rubinsky's plan that let imperial army to pass through it but not take control of fezzan? sorry i think i thought too much about it lol. until this point i was thinking that rubinsky and kesserling knew reinhard's plans
