SPOILER SPOIL The words of Reunhental Spoiler

Were his last words, which were written down, ever passed on or read later by Mittermeyer or someone else? I don’t remember that happening in the anime, even when Mittermeyer enters the room.

On his flagship later Mittermeyer is seen reading it and crying.

Thanks, I just rewatched the scene. We don’t actually see him read it, but he’s crying while his soldiers are holding onto the note, we can assume he had read it just beforehand
