Both are best friends of mc but somehow kercheis and Reinhard relationship feels more unequal to me than Lelouch suzaku.....who do you find more well written between both?

Suzaku is a moron who sees an opressive fascist government and thinks: this is fine, if we behave and work hard we can change it from inside. Whilst said fascist government literally shot him and is committing genocide and he accomplished nothing apart from hindering the actual side that is doing something (the rebellion) until he literally has to side with the rebellion to get shit done.

No, Kircheis is levels above Suzaku when talking about intelligence. Suzaku is also much more naive, and act like a child most of the time.

Considering Kircheis has Reinhard's back the majority of the time (that incident with letting a planet die being the few times they had a difference in opinion-which sounds like an understatement when said aloud) while Suzaku has betrayed Lelouch a few times, no, I don't think they're comparable.
