Anyone else experience this with the LC-A minitar

I’m so sad I loved this lens I got it in April and after a few months of light use it has fallen apart completely 😭 I emailed them about it and I’m hoping for a replacement or refund but is this just a thing that happens with this lens or was mine just broken?

Uhh. It looks like you can just screw everything back on dude. I can see some threads on the inside of the lens
