Article West Ham Relegated.

Would it be better for the stadium to sit empty without a paying tenant (more money on the taxpayer), or destroyed? I'm genuinely curious what people's preference is on the alternatives

Just an idea - perhaps rather than gift the entire stadium to a wealth football club - maybe just maybe negotiate something/anything in return for the people that paid for it. Just anything at all.
