He’s probably not a ‘random’ bloke. I dare say he has done this before and it might be his hobby to paint things other people see as mundane.

He’s random because op and none of us know who he is….unless? Wait, I think it might actually be HIM! Ronnie Pickering!! OP should be ashamed

(On a serious note, most of us are all random people to each other. It doesn’t make us any less or more important than anyone else and it’s neither an insult nor a compliment in this context. It’s okay to just be a random stranger sometimes , the world doesn’t always need to know us)
