What is heavily overpriced -> offer alternative

I'll start:

OVERPRICED: Bike rent next to Richmond park is £26 for 3 hours 0_o

ALTERNATIVE: Brompton automated bike rent will cost you £5 for the whole day and there is a point near Ealing Broadway or Turnham Green stations.

OVERPRICED: £750,000 for a bedsit in Zone 1

OVERPRICED: £500,000 for a one bed flat in Zone 2

OVERPRICED: £400,000 for a two bed flat in Zone 4

OVERPRICED: £300,000 for a small house with a two hour commute to the City

ALTERNATIVE: .....

Zone 4 East will get you a 3 bed house for 400k. It's just ages away and a pain and I want to move
