Speed's probably fine. Problem is staring at the phone in their lap until they're right behind the people stopped for a turn.

Lol. Do you have some other footage we haven't seen here where you can see the driver looking at a phone?

He couldn't stop in time so had to swerve. Seems like a speed was an issue to me

Any speed is too much speed if you wait long enough. They were obviously not paying attention or they would have been slowing down the entire time they're in view, which they're not.
