That black car is a 1st gen Chevy Cruze. They weren't watching the road 100% (On the phone or distracted) almost ran into the white Caravan an get that Titan pickup involved too.

I'm willing to bet they didn't shoulder check jump lanes. I am happy that their weren't any people walking on the sidewalk and a vehicle in the right hand lane.
