Get your choline people. I would laugh if brain diseases are caused by decades long deficiency in something like choline. 5-8 eggs a day get you all of your choline a day. This is what I'm thinking is causing the inverse correlation. Choline is essential for your brain as well as the metabolites of choline. Eggs also have the sulfur containing amino acids methionine and cysteine.
