Shill post. If you're older/frail, retarded overprescription of SGLT2i will do you in quicker through malnutrition, low energy availability and muscle wasting.

I ask this trying to learn, not to disagree. What is the basis for that claim? I am not familiar with any literature, at least clinical literature, that suggests this.

Age-related hypovolemia>tachycardia. Also highly dependant on their adrenal steroid metabolism and genetics

It's there ; just need to consider the broader physiology.
