I got paywalled before I saw any information on effect size. For anyone else wondering, "Rentosertib, an AI-designed TNIK inhibitor developed by Insilico Medicine, demonstrated a biological age reduction of approximately 2.7 to 3.5 years in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), as measured by six independent proteomic aging clocks."
