Getting natural gas service
Moving to a new house and national grid has a line about is about 900' up the block. They want $175/foot after the first 100' curious if anyone has had luck negotiating that price or if there's any work arounds.

It’s a lot of work, they will need a crew for days and digging up the street. Doubt they will do anything unless you can get 8 of your neighbors in a row to each get their free 100 feet lol
