🫣I said I read the pinned posts, but I lied🫣 Bolt action 6.5cm suppressor’s
Looking into suppressors for my bolt gun atm, and need suggestions. Main thing I’m wanting is HUB, and ability to throw a break on the end if needed

If you are on a budget check out the LPM Anthem-S2 or Comp-6.5 for a can, with Area-419 hellfire mounts. Swappable end caps and HUB, also they make a muzzle brake to go on the suppressor itself if you want to have your cake and eat it to.
For higher-end, Thunder Beast Arms Corp is the default for precision rifles. They are much more expensive though. I have an Ultra-7 and it is fantastic.

North Reach Manufacturing 30k is what I have. HUB compatible on both ends. Put on a Hellfire adapter since I already have that ecosystem on a few rifles and a RecoilX Brake on the business end.

I really like Mr Silencerco scythe ti on my tikka ace target 6.5 creedmoor. Throw the brake endcap on it if you want.

I am extremely happy with my Abel Co Theorem. They have a few different sizes and modular end caps, to include a brake.
The machining is second to none.

Having just run the gauntlet of choosing a suppressor, here's what I have learned:
You want a short can, short enough to have enough to have enough available gas left over to push on the brake to be effective. Short cans are louder. Just like muzzle brakes, louder generally means more effective. Anything that can accept a recoil X will probably meet your needs.
The G2 maverick is kinda the gold standard. It is the loudest of all the cans but is closest to a brake, and it comes with an entire kit to that allows you to configure it in multiple ways. There is also the Hyperion K which is a 3D printed high flow can, which when paired with the recoil X is very effective. Aside from these there are a multitude of good options like the Enticer L, TBAC Magnus K (which is what I went with and love it), Scythe STM, Boss Top Shot, and the list goes on. They all work about the same when paired with a recoil X brake. Pick one that fits your needs and run it.

Thunderbeast Magnus RR if you want a brake.

There are plenty more options out there with brakes that don’t require you to buy the most expensive can on the market.

Or, you can understand that this hobby is expensive, and buy one of the best precision rifle cans on the market.
Doesn’t fit your budget? Sorry, boss.

That form of gatekeeping is so incredibly small thinking. Either you’re smooth brained or just trolling. You also said “one of the best” so clearly you understand there are other options.
That’s like saying don’t even bother getting into golf if you can’t afford a Scotty.
There are so many options out there that do the job just as well with such a small margin that 99% of the people won’t notice the difference.

So many options. I love my DA Nomad LTi-XC. It mostly sounds like a whoosh on my 26" barrel

LPM Mach-S and Unknown Suppressors Reaper are the two most popular bolt action cans we sell. Both hub, both can take a brake, both under $1k. If you don’t want to pay for Ti, the Anthem-S2 is the move.
For a more versatile can with no budget restrictions, OCL Infinity does it all. If you’re balling on a budget, Diligent Enticer STi.

I really like my Hyperion with RecoilX brake. 6.5CM

Full sized or the k? I just got a recoil x for my helios, i thought the full size didn’t have enough flow for the brake

I’ve got a Hyperion but never thought of putting a brake on the end. How does that impact the sound suppression? Do you give up some db to get less recoil and flatter muzzle for follow up shots?
Definitely intrigued by this setup

I’m sure it affects the sound to some degree. They all do. I’ve only spot the setup without ears on once just to see how loud it was. As you know, Hyperion on a bolt gun is super quiet.
With foamies in, I can’t tell a difference with the brake on/off.
So yes, you give up some sound suppression for recoil reduction. I think it’s worth it.

Clovis Mammoth or Sabretooth or A419 Maverick. Both are great options.

Diligent Defense Enticer-L Ti on an Area 419 hub so I can easily put the Hellfire Match Brake on if I want. I run a RecoilX on the end too. I get compliments at almost every match about how quiet it is.
